This was by and far the easiest experience we have had buying a car. Found the car on the website and sent in the request. Ky was super fast in response and so easy to work with. We came up from Helena and the truck was ready and waiting for us. Financing and paperwork were smooth as silk. A long story, but necessary background info: I was driving from Kansas to Alaska for a job when I hit a deer and totaled my car just east of Great Falls. This was on a Monday. I was on a tight schedule because Juneau isn’t accessible by road—if you miss your ferry out of Skagway, you have to wait days or weeks (in my case, it would’ve been a full week) for the next available boat. I needed to leave Great Falls on Saturday at the latest to make it to Skagway. My grandpa and I told Ky all of this as he helped us find a new vehicle in our price range. It was perfect, but it needed a new wheel bearing. Ky said the shop couldn’t promise it would be done by Friday, but that he’d do everything he could to get me back on the road by the end of the week. We find out later that he had been in the mechanic’s ear all week about my car. Thanks to his persistence, the car was ready to go Thursday night. I left Great Falls the next morning and made it to Skagway in time to catch my ferry. I’m so impressed with Ky’s kindness and ability to work quickly and efficiently—we didn’t even head into the dealership until Tuesday afternoon, and he still managed to have me back on the road a day ahead of schedule! He took an incredible stressful situation and made it seamless and fun. I highly recommend working with him.
Excellent experience start to finish. Honesty, knowledge, and customer service were strong suits start to finish with all professional interactions.
